I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help guide my clients  through their difficulties in a safe environment where they will be listened to empathetically. I very much so embrace the approach of us working together, side-by-side. Whilst I am the specialist in CBT,  you are the specialist in your own life and so, together, we will decide on the best way to move forward with your treatment. 

CBT is an evidence-based talking therapy which looks at how your thoughts and beliefs impact your feelings and behaviours. By making small changes in how we think and behave, we can create meaningful change to our everyday lives.  

In addition to listening to you carefully and helping you gain insight into your difficulties, I will be able to introduce you to some helpful tools and useful techniques which you can use out-with our sessions to help reduce your symptoms.
