Self-Esteem

Self-esteem usually refers to the value we place on ourselves as individuals. It is common for people to experience times in their lives when they doubt themselves, question their sense of worth; wonder if we are good enough; criticise themselves in various ways including their appearance and perhaps question their 'likeability'/'lovability'.

Thinking in the ways described above, can be problematic if you find yourself doing this regularly. It can result in difficult feelings such as feeling sad, depressed, lonely, anxious or perhaps, even guilty. Using a CBT approach, I can help you to challenge and change the way you think and feel about yourself.
